What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location.
How do I care for my resistance bands and equipment?
To prolong the life of your PTP gear, wipe equipment down with a damp cloth after use and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause latex and rubber to degrade over time.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain products like yoga mats and sweat bands cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you offer a warranty on PTP Fitness products?
Yes, all PTP products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular training use.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
